We take practical steps to support people, communities and the planet.

Supplier Diversity
ESA is a proud Supply Nation member, committed to increasing Indigenous engagement through procurement. We aim to create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses by supporting supplier diversity and drawing on Australia's largest Indigenous business directory. As part of our Reconciliation Action Plan, we’re focused on working with Indigenous contractors, suppliers, educators and experts. -
Fundraising activities
ESA proudly supports fundraising work, with a volunteer committee that drives events – such as morning teas and book sales – and staff participation to help make a difference. Over the past few years, we've raised funds to support charities such as Children's Ground and the Indigenous Literacy Foundation. -
Whistleblower Policy
ESA is committed to acting legally, ethically and in line with our policies. We encourage staff to speak up about any suspected improper conduct and have clear, confidential processes in place to support this. All reports are taken seriously and investigated appropriately to foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement. -
Environmental Responsibility
ESA is committed to implementing policies and practices to minimise its environmental impact. Since 2011, ESA has received carbon neutral status through its Climate Active Network Membership. Each year, ESA publishes an Environment Report to show our commitment to supporting environmental sustainability.
