The Student Wellbeing Hub recently invited community psychologist Dr Lyn O'Grady and Padua College Vice Principal Sam Wright to share their insights on supporting students who are experiencing anxiety.

The past three years have been characterised by unprecedented upheaval, with some students struggling to cope. It is imperative that parents, teachers and school communities are equipped to support students experiencing anxiety.
